About the site
We're nestled between forests and the sea, with freshwater springs and streams for drinking and bathing, and forest walks. Additional services include laundry and a home-cooked meal upon request. We're surrounded by nature; I recommend arriving during daylight hours the first time you arrive. The road is unpaved, so an experienced guide and suitable vehicles are recommended.

Use only natural, completely biodegradable soap. Keep noise to a minimum. Take out trash. There is no lighting between the tents, so bring your own flashlight. Arrival is during daylight hours; the road is unpaved. Fires and outdoor cooking are strictly prohibited.

We had a very pleasant, quiet night in this really remote but beautifully situated area in the mountains. What you need to know, however, is: - The 2km long access road to the campsite, which is still under construction, is really challenging, both for people and the car. - With my Fiat Ducato (6m, front-wheel drive) it was just about doable, but I got stuck several times because of the extremely uneven roads and there were a few scratches in the paint because of the bushes that extended too far into the road. -The campsite is run by an alternative community, but we found them to be very friendly hosts. - The description says "pets not allowed," but our little dog wasn't a problem, as there are 4 friendly dogs and 3 tame donkeys living on the premises anyway.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date. If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 3 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
