During long periods of rain and/or heavy rain, the pitches are closed due to the risk of flooding. Liability for damage is excluded. Electricity at the well. Fresh water at the top of the water tank No animals in the swimming pond Please pick up the animals' droppings Animals on a leash No fire or BBQ in the dry season Composting toilet and solar shower for shared use. Only use natural, degradable products for personal hygiene or do without them. Do not throw cigarettes, sanitary towels or the contents of the chemical toilet into the composting toilet.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
