Tourist tax not included in the price! The parking space is located at Thomanhof, a lovingly run farm between Saalfelden and Leogang – with an unobstructed view of the Steinernes Meer mountain range. The Leogang Saalbach Hinterglemm Zell am See & Fieberbrunn ski area is only 10 minutes away. There, you'll find plenty of fun on the slopes and much more. Indoor playroom including arts and crafts, billiards and air hockey. Also an indoor lounge. Wellness and relaxation: Sauna, infrared loungers available for an extra charge. Please treat nature, animals and people with respect. The pitch is located on a working farm – children are welcome to roam freely, but please pay attention to machinery, animals and fences. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash and dispose of their waste. Do not empty any wastewater (grey water) or chemical toilets on the site – disposal is not possible on the farm. Please leave the pitch as clean as you found it. Campfires and music are allowed as long as no one is disturbed. Please separate your waste – we provide appropriate containers (paper, residual waste, plastic). Do not dispose of detergent or soap residue in the lawn or pond.

BEST OF VANSITE! Beautiful farm with warm-hearted people. I love the view of the stony sea, the cows watching me attentively from my spot, and the sound of the quad bike as my son drives it around the farm like a racer. You'll receive a very warm welcome, and children are happy to be introduced to the work on the farm. During school holidays, you'll see children of all ages enthusiastically riding on the tractor, helping with feeding, mowing small lawns, or cleaning the stables. Questions about the dairy farm are answered with gusto, and children, and adults, can learn a lot about it, too. It's great fun to cool off in the swimming pond, use the luxury pool, or simply play table tennis. There are also plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. I spent three days with my teenager at the bike festival in Leogang, where he was able to meet some of his favorite biker friends. Next time, we'll take the Asitz up to the alpine pasture; that must be another dream come true in beautiful Saalfelden. The place deserves the maximum number of stars and I am so grateful that we were able to spend wonderful times there 🌷

Our days were fantastic! Everything was just perfect. We felt incredibly comfortable! Cleanliness deserves 100 stars and more...! Everything here is beautifully designed with great attention to detail. It was a fantastic adventure for my son, and he learned a lot. He was allowed to help out and was so excited that he didn't want to leave 😃 The friendliness we received also deserves 100 stars 🌟 We felt like we were on a luxury vacation here; there were fresh rolls, fresh milk, and eggs. A campfire evening with stick bread and other treats delighted all the children, and the adults enjoyed the convivial gathering just as much. There are hundreds of beautiful details I could tell you about, just come and enjoy it yourself 🤗

It's been a few days since our stay and we're still raving about it. We spent a few days at the farm with our two girls. It was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and given a short tour of the local area. Our parking space was at the back of the yard, where we were undisturbed. There was plenty for the children to discover here: cows, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, children's vehicles, and so on... We were also allowed to take a look into the stables, which is not a given. There's a beautiful swimming pond in the courtyard. The courtyard is beautiful and impeccably maintained.
