About the site
Parking space directly on the old, fenced property. Barbecue area, pool in the immediate vicinity, toilet, shower room and on request a kitchen in the main house available. Electricity is provided on arrival.

Site rules
The area must always be kept clean - dogs must be walked, neither pee nor sausages are permitted on the entire property. Dog waste bags are provided free of charge on request. Dogs are not allowed to enter the main house. Firewood can be purchased. Pool use by arrangement and compliance with the rules explained on site. Waste separation is mandatory (yellow bag, organic, rest). No waste water disposal on the property.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you will receive 50% of the booking amount back.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
