About the site
A farm (now only run as a hobby) in a secluded location 3km from the beautiful town of Frankenberg, surrounded by nature perfect for walks. There are two pitches available, approximately 100m apart.

We had a very relaxing weekend. We have a self-sufficient vehicle, so we didn't need the amenities. We received a very warm welcome. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet; the view over the fields was fantastic, and the cows grazing right next to us made for a nice change. The surroundings are ideal for walking. Many thanks to Johannes and his family; we'll be back.
I stayed with Johannes for a long weekend and I really enjoyed it. I had the chance to stand just around the corner, among some apple trees. The view was fantastic, and I was able to enjoy the peace and quiet. Many thanks also to the hospitality of Johannes and his family... I would love to come back. PS: the cell phone reception is also great and you can work on the go :-)
Johannes and his family are great hosts; they are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The space is a bit crooked, but with a few spacers/chucks this is not a problem. The view, and especially the sunsets, are magnificent. We also really enjoyed the starry sky at night and the peace and quiet. The outdoor restrooms (toilets and sinks) were clean and equipped with soap, toilet paper, etc. In the region you can go hiking, cycling or take excursions to the surrounding villages and towns. We can definitely recommend this place, especially for anyone who needs a break and some peace and quiet.
Beautiful pitch with a fantastic view A truly beautiful and peaceful campsite surrounded by nature. We were particularly impressed by the stunning view across the fields and the beautiful landscape. 🌿🌅 The atmosphere is very relaxed, and you can wonderfully unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our rooftop tent made the stay absolutely perfect. 🏕️ A very heartfelt thank you to the owners for their wonderful hospitality and warm welcome. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! Absolutely recommended – nature, peace and quiet, and a breathtaking view! ❤️
