The campsite is located in a pasture in the municipality of Hagen im Bremischen (postcode 27628) (www.hagen-cux.de) in the district of Cuxhaven (www.landkreis-cuxhaven.de) and is situated near the Weser and Lune rivers, which are ideal for paddling and sailing. You can already get a taste of the North Sea air in Cuxhaven, where the Weser and Elbe rivers flow into the North Sea. As always, a very friendly welcome. The place was fantastic, as every year :)
It was a very beautiful place with friendly hosts. After calling the host, we were given the address of a farm, where we stocked up on delicious pasture-fed beef pepper bites and spelt pasta at the farm shop. Then we were driven along a few forest paths to the beautifully situated spot. The night was pleasantly quiet and the next morning began with lots of birdsong - wonderful. Even the worries about not finding the way back were unfounded; at some point you end up back on the main road. We would definitely book again!
Super nice place!
As already mentioned, we spontaneously stayed longer because the place is incredibly beautiful and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet here.
The Thalmann family's campsite is exceptionally beautiful. We've rarely experienced such a secluded location surrounded by nature. Communication was incredibly friendly and helpful, and overall we felt so comfortable that we extended our stay.
