About the site
Pitch between meadows and fields with a view of the valley. Our farm is a family-run agricultural business on the outskirts of the Brothers Grimm town of Steinau an der Straße, located on the old Via Regia trade route. Reservoir, outdoor pool, stalactite cave, castle, Brothers Grimm Museum, old town, as well as an amusement park and climbing park are nearby.

Wir haben 2 ruhige Nächte auf der Wiese oberhalb vom Hof verbracht. Frank ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, es war völlig unkompliziert. Steinau ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, schöne Altstadt mit beeindruckendem Schloss. Kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!!
Ankunftsort problemlos zu finden, wurde auch direkt zum Stellplatz geführt. Auf dem Feld wo die Stellplätze sind, wurden gerade Heurollen gemacht, sprich alles ordentlich gemäht und wer selbst auf dem Land wohnt kennt das, ich liebe ja den Geruch von frischen gemähtem Gras und trockenem Heu (Allergieger sollten das im Hinterkopf behalte). Der Chef persönlich hat die Arbeit unterbrochen und die Stellplätze erklärt 👍🏻. Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt, ein echt super Stellplatz, weite Felder und Wiesen, viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und alle auf dem Hof denen ich begegnet bin, super freundlich. Im Hofladen gibt es eine Eis Automaten und eine mit Wurst und Eiern, da hab ich auch direkt zugeschlagen 😁 Auf einem Bauernhof gibt's hier und da mal ne Kuh die ihrem Unmut kund tut und der Traktor der seine Arbeit macht, aber alles in keinster Weise störend. Wer gerne für den Land ist, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Kann den Stellplatz wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Danke das ihr das ermöglicht 👍🏻
