About the site
The property is located on the outskirts of Esens, a 6-minute bike ride from the forest. The nearest supermarket is just 3 minutes away. And the town center of the beautiful little North Sea town of Esens is only a 9-minute bike ride away. Bensersiel Beach is also a quick bike ride away. The residential building is empty, so it is no problem if someone wants to camp on the property to explore beautiful East Frisia. It's best to drive across the lawn in front of the house. There, it's protected from all sides and you have peace and quiet. Supermarkets, doctors, restaurants, and the train station are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The beach is a 15-20-minute bike ride or about 8 minutes by car. You are welcome to bring your dog, that is no problem. Arrival and departure can take place at any time. The vehicle should really be no bigger than a Pössl, but definitely no bigger. Otherwise, it will be difficult to get onto the property. Wastewater disposal is possible nearby (approx. 600-700m) at the Schützenplatz for a fee.

I don't think there's a need to set up any big rules. The house is detached and not currently inhabited. So it's a quiet place to park for people who are looking for a cheap place to park for a few days. There's electricity at the house, but unfortunately no water.

Ich hatte kurzfristig gebucht und ein verlassenes, leeres Grundstück an einer befahrenen Straße vorgefunden, ohne Hinweis auf Strom oder wo genau der Stellplatz sein sollte. Ralf konnte ich telefonisch nicht erreichen. Als Alleinreisende habe ich mich dort nicht wohlgefühlt und habe dort nicht übernachtet.
Zweite Nacht 😊
Super gemütlicher Platz. Man hat viel Platz und alles wichtige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder dorthin.

Platz an sich gut, Strom funktionierte und alles gemäht. Neben dem Haus verläuft eine Landstraße, die in dieser Nacht stark und zügig befahren war. Vielleicht lag das an dem Fest in der Nähe.
