Welcome to our "Tra gli Ulivi" pitch, a green haven located within our organic farm, where the shade and coolness of the olive trees create the perfect refuge for your escape from the city. Surrounded by greenery, you'll have the freedom to explore the natural beauty that surrounds us, with the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience during the orange blossom season in May, when the intoxicating scent fills the air. We're nestled in the heart of the Val di Noto, in Ispica, in Contrada San Basilio, just 7 km from the crystal-clear coast of Marina Marza, a place where the sea embraces the land. Close to Pachino and Marzamemi, we offer a rustic experience just steps from the riches of the sea. The farm has fresh water and Wi-Fi, and your four-legged friends are welcome! Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing your pets. We have six large dogs and we need to organize them in shelters to avoid any potential fights. If you have dogs, you know exactly how this works. Cycling enthusiasts can discover the hidden trails and cycle paths surrounding Ispica, while for trekkers, the Cava Ispica, a canyon of extraordinary beauty and historical importance, offers a walking adventure you won't forget. For your convenience, supermarkets are located within 15 km, easily accessible to stock up on everything you need. Please be respectful of the nature around you. We have always loved it and care deeply about protecting it. Collect waste. Food scraps can attract bees, wasps, and various pests. During your stay and before leaving, be sure to properly separate your waste in the appropriate containers we'll provide and leave your pitch tidy. Properly separating waste also helps make your holiday more sustainable. Lighting fires. It is strictly prohibited to light fires except in designated controlled areas. Dogs. If you're traveling with your dog, please notify us in advance of your arrival. We have six dogs that protect us here on the farm, and to avoid unpleasant pack dynamics, we need to be notified a couple of hours before your arrival so that our less sociable dogs can be confined to their rest area, ensuring your dog's stay is as pleasant as possible. For each four-legged friend, you'll receive a bowl of fresh water, which we change several times a day. Bicycles and Motorcycles. If you're bringing two-wheeled vehicles with you, we'll provide a compressor and maintenance tools in our workshop. However, we ask that you let us know if you intend to use them on the premises so we can point out potential risk areas to avoid unpleasant accidents (ditches, bramble-covered areas, unfenced areas). Co-working and Wi-Fi area. Wi-Fi is only available in the company's internal areas. Access to the company premises is not available at all times, so please let us know your working hours during your stay so we can arrange a convenient and practical workspace for you. Solar shower. A shower is available outside in a dedicated area, but it's not as comfortable as a shower at home. It's an additional service we don't charge for, but it's not the most efficient. We regret not being able to do more to make your stay perfect, but we'll do our best. Restrooms. Restrooms are available within the company building and are also accessible to disabled guests. Please keep them clean and tidy—we guarantee a thorough daily cleaning—but please help us maintain them with respect for other guests. Thank you!

Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
