About the site
In the heart of the Sila Greca, about 18 km from the town of Acri, the pitch is located near my farm and home. From here, you can easily reach the Ionian Sea and enjoy a magnificent Mediterranean panorama. You can also climb towards the peaks of Camigliatello, crossing the Sila National Park and following the road that connects the three main lakes of the Calabria region. You can also visit the farm and enjoy absolute tranquility surrounded by unspoiled nature.

Wir waren zwei Nöchte zu Gast bei Francesca. Der Stellplatz ist traumhaft schön gelegen, mit einer grandiosen Aussicht über die Landschaft des Sina Nationalpark. Francesca und Francesco waren sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Am ersten Abend haben Sie uns mit selber gemachten Foccacia, Mozzarella und Käse überrascht. Das WC war sehr sauber und zweckmässig. Strom ist vorhanden. Für alle die Ruhe, Natur und Einfachheit mögen ein TopSpot! Danke Francesca und Francesco❤️

So schön, dass wir auf dem Rückweg aus Sizilien gleich nochmal für 2 Tage hier übernachtet haben. Für uns unter den Top 3 unserer VanSite-Plätze. Wir haben in der vorherigen Bewertung gelesen, dass die Straße als schwierig beschrieben wurde – das können wir so nicht bestätigen. Ja, es gibt ein paar Serpentinen, aber die Straße ist gut ausgebaut und problemlos befahrbar, auch ohne besonderes Fahrkönnen. Wer schon einmal auf einer typischen geteerten Bergstraße unterwegs war, wird hier keine Herausforderung finden. Also keine Sorge – der Weg lohnt sich und ist definitiv machbar!
So ein schöner Platz! Viele verschiedene Tiere - Hunde, Katzen, Kühe und Pferde. Francesca & Francesco haben uns mit in den Stall genommen und wir konnten die Kälbchen sehen. Wir konnten den Käse aus eigener Produktion probieren und haben gleich etwas mitgenommen. Sanitäreinrichtung ist sauber und gleich neben dem Platz. Die Aussicht und der Sonnenuntergang sind traumhaft. Ein kleines Paradies für alle die Ruhe und Natur lieben.
Super netter Empfang, toller Platz, man muss sich nur den Weg hoch trauen. Haben uns als erste Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt nur hatten mit dem Wetter etwas Pech. Vielen Dank für alles.
