About the site
Welcome to Sheep Lovers! Our campsite is located right on the edge of the forest, opposite our small sheep farm. Here you can enjoy nature, listen to the birds chirping and relax. We took over the farm just under a year ago and have been lovingly developing it ever since. It's not all perfect yet – but you can expect an authentic place with warm-hearted people, curious sheep, and plenty of peace and quiet. (The sheep aren't always on the farm; I can give you the address of the sheep pasture by arrangement, and you can watch the milking in the morning and pet them. The next sheep cuddle sessions on the farm are on June 20th/21st and July 18th/19th; these are available for a fee, and spaces are limited.) From here starts a beautiful, well-signposted 5 km long hiking trail, which is perfect for walks or small discovery tours. The site is ideal for campervans, small motorhomes, or tents seeking a romantic retreat close to nature. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest, the fresh air, and a taste of authentic country life. First, you book a parking space for yourself and your vehicle. If you'd like even more comfort, you can easily add access to the house. There you'll have access to Wi-Fi, electricity, a kitchen, a toilet, and a bathroom. For maximum flexibility, you'll simply receive the code for the key box and can use everything at your leisure. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet of country life – with the freedom to decide how much comfort they want to indulge in. Attention: Motorhomes can only park in our yard, as it has rained a lot recently and the area at the edge of the forest is not paved.

Erst einmal vielen dank noch mal für alles. Hier gibt es eine sehr nette Besitzerin und einen Hausmeister. Ein schönes idyllisches Plätzchen und leckeres Eis von den eigenen Schafen. Einen Hofladen.
Große Enttäuschung! Habe im April gebucht, mit WC, Dusche, WLAN usw. Im Mai dann eine Mail bekommen, das ich für eben diese Dinge 15€ zusätzlich zahlen soll. Bei meiner Buchung stand davon damals jedoch nichts in der Beschreibung, das wurde nachträglich geändert. Dann der Platz, nicht mal auf dem Grundstück, sondern auf der Seite eines Feldwegs. Stellplätze gibt es hier eigentlich nicht wirklich. Autobahn ist laut zu hören, wenn man nicht im Camper ist. Das KI generierte Bild vom Hof entspricht auch nur geringfügig der Wirklichkeit. Ich war lt. Aussage die erste die hier gebucht hat und der Vertrauensvorschuss war leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Meine erste wirkliche Enttäuschung bei VanSite.
Wir wurden gleich toll in Empfang genommen. Trotz schlechtem Wetter, haben wir einen tollen Platz bekommen. Bei einer Trockenphase haben wir einen großen Spaziergang gemacht. Mit unserer Tochter konnten wir auf der Strecker super Geocacing machen. Da gab es einige auf dem Weg. Schafe waren super und von der Autobahn war nichts zu hören. Auch der Hofladen bietet vieles über die Schafe. Schaut da gerne vorbei.
