About the site
A private, small, quiet campsite surrounded by greenery and in a strategic area. We are 2 km before the Alcantara Gorges, 10/15 minutes from Giardini Naxos and Taormina, 50 minutes from Etna Nord. The pitches are for tents and vans (no heavy vehicles such as large campers and trailers). The price includes everything, hot showers, kitchens, washing machine, hi-fi light, parking and more, when possible, possibility of an exclusive bathroom with a small surcharge. Sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Gelände mit äusserst netten Gastgeber:innen die lustig und kontaktfreudig sind. Sie fragen immer wieder ob man etwas benötigt und sind zuvorkommend. Die WC‘s und Duschen sind perfekt hergerichtet. Der Ort ist wunderschön. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft, netten Gespräche und schönen gemeinsamen Stunden. Viva le asparagi selvatici Grazie mille
Wir wurden super freundlich von Katia empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Ihre Mutter hat uns dann noch Obst (Zitronen, Orangen und Mandarien) gebracht. Leider spricht Katia kein Englisch, aber der Google Übersetzter hilft. Die Dusche im braunen Holzhaus ist richtig schön heiß. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. WLAN funktioniert auch super. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und es war eine ruhige Nacht.
Ich wurde von der freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Donatella herzlich empfangen und großzügig mit frischem Obst beschenkt. Aufgrund eingeschränkter Sprachkenntnisse war eine intensivere Kommunikation jedoch leider nicht möglich. Die herausfordernde Anfahrt wurde bereits beschrieben, doch überzeugt das liebevoll und sorgfältig gestaltete Gelände voll und ganz. Besonders in der kühleren Jahreszeit ist das barrierefreie Badezimmer mit innenliegender Warmwasserdusche sehr willkommen. Dieser idyllische Ort wird offensichtlich mit großem Engagement und viel Herzblut gepflegt.
