About the site
The Jubelitzsee is a nearly 11-hectare natural area with trees, meadows, moorland, reeds, and a now smaller lake area (swimming is not allowed there). There is a great diversity of species there. Many birds/birds of prey (which also breed there)/amphibians, as well as red and wild boar and foxes, etc., can be discovered and observed if you move quietly and carefully and take some time to observe. The village center, the old heart of Fahrland, is about 200 meters from the entrance. Here you'll find a bakery with a café, a restaurant, a smokehouse, a hairdresser, and shops for everyday needs. Several buildings and the church are also well worth seeing. Lake Fahrland is about 500m away. Behind the entrance gate of the site there is a small, semi-paved parking area with trees which is also well suited for larger campers. A little further on, along an unpaved path, near an adjacent farm building, there is another smaller parking area right next to a small field under/next to trees. This is a good spot for parking a vehicle up to the size of a VW camper van. Off-road capability can be very helpful in heavy rain. Adjacent to the property are horse paddocks with goats and horses in a pasture. From the parking area, you can hike very far along field paths, past fields and meadows. -There are no sanitary facilities or waste disposal options on site. -Guest Wi-Fi is available in the front parking area. Solar power can be used if the sun is shining and after prior arrangement. -Use and access to the areas is at your own risk. Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the many wild animals in the area. Ein sehr grosszüger Platz in der Natur. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und wurden netterweise mit Medikamenten versorgt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Googlemapsadresse exakt ist, wenn man vor dem Kindergarten steht, ist man 30m zu spät abgebogen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Burkhard ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern oder spazieren gehen ein. Bis zum nächsten Mal. VG Frank und Christiane
Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und war sehr herzlich. Eine vielfältige Tierwelt begegnete mir und meinem Hund: Rehe, Enten, Ziegen, Pferde, ein Fasan. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt (Post, Eis und Bäcker etc.) erreichbar und durch einen Feldweg ein schöner Platz am See, mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wenige Fahrminuten entfernt ein Kayakverleih. Rundum ein erholsames Naturerlebnis im Kontrast zur Großstadt. Tatkräftige, ausdauernde Unterstützung bei einer herausfordernden Situation inklusive. Danke!
Für mich war es die erste VanSite-Erfahrung und es war wirklich eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Der Stellplatz ist sehr einfach und vielleicht - wenn man bis in den ruhig gelegenen Bereich fahren möchte - ein klein wenig eng an der ein oder anderen Stelle. Aber er ist sehr naturnah gelegen und wirklich eine kleine Oase. Es gibt unglaublich viele Vögel und andere Tiere zu sehen und zu hören. Ich habe mich über Rehe, Eichhörnchen, Fasan, Kraniche, Graugänse und viele Singvögel sehr gefreut. WLAN und Solarstrom habe ich nicht genutzt, weshalb ich dazu nichts sagen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Burkhard war sehr herzlich und freundlich und ich habe mich willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann mir super gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Danke Burkhard für diese Möglichkeit. 🤗
Wunderschöner, ruhiger Platz mitten in der Natur ❤️ Man kann viele wunderschöne Vögel sehen und die Ziegen und Pferde neben an beobachten 😁 Wir fanden es toll! Kommunikation absolut unkompliziert und einwandfrei. Burkhard ist ein top Typ. Danke für diese tolle Möglichkeit! ❤️
