About the site
Texas is a district of the municipality of Groß Oesingen (Gemeinde Wesendorf). Texas has eight farmsteads and is located near the B4 between Gifhorn and Uelzen. The campsite is a nearly 2,000 m² meadow, almost entirely surrounded by trees and shrubs. The view of the field is unobstructed. Since it is not far to Hanover (Zoo), Braunschweig, Wolfsburg (Autostadt), Celle (Old Town) and Uelzen (Hundertwasser Station), day trips are easy. Hankensbüttel has an otter center, Gifhorn has a mill museum.

Dieser Platz ist wirklich sehr schön und zu empfehlen. Ruhe und Entspannung sind garantiert. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und Maaret ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie ist herzlich und kümmert sich um die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste.
Ein schöner, ruhiger Stellplatz mit Blick auf Feld und Wiese. Alles da, was man benötigt und ein unkomplizierter Austausch mit Maaret. Vielen Dank!
Super schöner Platz im Garten des mit viel Liebe gestalteten Hofes. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht, fast schon Hotelqualitäten mit frischen Handtüchern, Seife, sogar Mückenspray. Texas ist echt ein Geheimtipp 👍🏼
Wir standen bei Maaret auf einer wunderschönen Wiese neben einem traumhaften Hof - mitten in der Natur. Ein WC + Dusche standen uns zur Verfügung; beides sehr sauber. Auch ein Spülbecken mit allem, was man zum spülen braucht, konnte man nutzen. Die Kommunikation mit Maaret war super unkompliziert und sie war total hilfsbereit. Als kleines Willkommensgeschenk gab es ein paar Eier ihrer Freilandhühner. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen :)
