About the site
Pure nature in the middle of meadows and fields, surrounded by the Thuringian Forest. Here you can enjoy warm Thuringian hospitality and unique peace and quiet on huge pitches. !!!! Danger !!! You should already have four-wheel drive on your vehicle. If you have a caravan, we would be happy to pull it onto the site for you.

Site rules
The pitch at Pillingshof is a place to relax. You have a small, traditionally hand-cultivated agricultural area and a few long-nosed companions (horses) from our animal sanctuary project in your immediate vicinity. Loud music and parties are not really the right place here, because the animal sanctuary residents are no longer the youngest and have left their party nights behind them. If you bring your dogs, please discuss this with us beforehand so that we can prepare your stay accordingly. At Pillingshof, respect for nature and animals and of course also for other people applies. You should also take this into account among each other on the pitches. ;-)

Es war mir mal wieder ein Fest. Euer Platz mit 360°-Blick ist inzwischen mein liebster Spott 😍 Wer Ruhe sucht und Fuchs und Reh beobachten möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Pierre und seine Liebste kommen immer mal wieder auf ein kleines Gespräch vorbei. Mittlerweile sogar täglich, denn es müssen Schweine gefüttert werden 🤗 Ein Toilettenhaus ist in der Entstehung. Ich komme 100% wieder, wenn ich mal wieder Ruhe vor dem Alltag brauche.
Wieder einmal zu wenig Sterne zu vergeben 😊 Ich war jetzt schon das zweite Mal hier und kann nur sagen: Wow 🥰 Hier hat's echt Ruhe und Aussicht inmitten der Natur. Diesmal stand ich für zwei Nächte und konnte so mit dem Bike und per pedes die Umgebung erkunden. Ein liebes Gespräch mit Katha ihrer Enkelin läutete meinen Aufenthalt perfekt ein. Ich sag mal: bis zum nächsten Mal 🤗
Wow😍 was für ein wundervoller Ort. Hier sagen sich Fuchs und Hase gute Nacht. Die Auffahrt hoch zum Stellplatz ist bei Feuchtigkeit wohl ne echte Herausforderung, aber mit 4x4 machbar 💪 Pierre ist ein total sympathischer Kerl und hat mich super eingewiesen. Nach einem ausgiebigen Schnack konnte ich mir meinen Platz aussuchen. Abends wie morgens hab ich durch die Schiebetür Rehe und den Fuchs beobachten können. Herrlich 🤩 Wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin, komme ich liebend gerne wieder
Super schöner und sehr ruhiger Platz auf einem Hügel für alle mit allrad. Hier kann man super entspannen! Die Gastgeber sind auch super nett und hilfsbereit.
