About the site
Welcome to the Rhöner Auersberg campsite! We have been motorhome drivers ourselves since 1990 and know what you want. For info: We don't have a public toilet! Without a private toilet, an overnight stay with us is not possible. We have three parking spaces. Please call if they are occupied. You will enjoy the peace and quiet on our farm! Since we only have one neighbor, nothing stands in the way of a quiet break without noise. Our campsite is located approximately 2 kilometers from the village of Wildflecken and approximately 7 km from the A7 motorway. In Wildflecken itself, you will find a pizzeria, a REWE supermarket and much more. You will be thrilled by the magnificent view into the Sinn valley and the view of the 930 m high Kreuzberg. The starry sky and the stillness of nature are magnificent in the evenings. The Rhön region is known as the "land of open vistas," and it truly is, like no other low mountain range in Germany. Thank you so much for the lovely campsite! Great location in the Rhön region and very friendly owners.
A beautiful parking spot with a great view. The trail is very well signposted and therefore easy to find. We spent a peaceful night and continued on our journey the next morning feeling refreshed.
This was our second visit to Helmut's, and we will definitely come again. It's always a lovely experience, and children are always welcome.
Booking was incredibly easy. The campsite was well-signposted and located in a beautiful, quiet area. Helmut gave us a friendly welcome and had many hiking tips, which we unfortunately couldn't take advantage of in such a short time. We'll keep the site in good memory and will definitely come back.
