About the site
We have set up a small but nice parking space on a large private property. The spot is ideally suited for exploring the surrounding area on foot or by bicycle. Nearby attractions include the Regenstein castle ruins, the Michaelstein monastery, the Army sandstone caves, and the Devil's Wall. From the nearby train station, you can easily explore the Harz Mountains' attractions using public transport. This is free of charge, as the associated costs are already included in the tourist tax payable to the campsite operator. Each parking space is generously sized, some even equipped with their own seating area. A wood-fired sauna can be used after prior booking for a fee. The property is fully fenced. At night, we lock the access gate. This means the parking space can only be entered by authorized visitors.

The pitch is generally only available by prior arrangement or booking for a minimum of two nights. We offer the pitch to a small group of people seeking peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We ask that you respect this. Of course, there's nothing to stop you from socializing. The spot cannot be used as a party location. Electricity is included from May 15th to October 15th. During the remaining period, metered billing is €0.80/kWh.

Wir haben um eine Nacht verlängert, fanden die Umgebung einfach toll zum Erkunden. Der Platz hat sehr viele Stellplätze, 2 saubere Dusch - / WC Container, Aussenwaschbecken und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir kennen gesprächigere Gastgeber. Dennoch hat es uns dort sehr gut gefallen - inmitten von Birken - zu stehen. Der Besuch der Hühner morgens war auch sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir konnten uns einen von den vielen Plätzchen auf seinem Hof aussuchen. Das war toll, allerdings war der Gastgeber uns gegenüber sehr ungesprächig und wirkte ohne ein Lächeln eher genervt. Die Sanitäranlagen wurden täglich sauber gehalten. Die Stellplätze gleich hinter der Einfahrt müssen mit frühem Durchfahrtsverkehr, durch seine Firma im hinteren Teil der Anlage, rechnen. Ein Camperpärchen haben deshalb umgeparkt. Karsten hat uns gegenüber darüber leider nichts erwähnt. Das finden wir sehr schade. Ausflugsziele gibt es viele und mit dem Rad kann man vieles erkunden oder halt mit dem Bus oder der Bahn. Ein kurzer Fußmarsch von 5 Minuten und man ist am Gleis/Busbahnhof. Die Atmosphäre inmitten von Birken zu campen war toll.
Nette Gastgeber, saubere Sanitäranlagen, ruhige Umgebung. Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit :-)
Einfach nur ein Traum von Womo Stellplatz..... Mit soviel Liebe gestaltet. Kaum.zu glauben, welch ein Camper Traum sich hinter dem grünen Tor verbirgt. Danke für diesen tollen Ort und die fedrige Gesellschaft der Hühner. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal 👍🏼 P.s.: Der Lillet im "Saustall' war auch sehr sehr fruchtig lecker 🙏🏼
Ein schöner, liebevoll gestalteter Campingplatz mit vielen Bäumen. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber und es gab viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, zu denen man auch direkt vom Stellplatz aus starten kann. Ich komme gerne wieder!
