About the site
Our parking area is located on our disused, over 200-year-old farmhouse. It lies in the predominantly agricultural Lommatzsch region, formerly known as the breadbasket of Saxony. Our very small village consists of only seven families. The parking spaces are on the farmyard, which is partially paved/cobbled/concrete and mostly level. Suitable for vehicles over 7.5 meters long and for caravans. For mini-campers or tent travelers, there is also a green area available under trees. Our region is ideal for cycling or hiking in the expansive surroundings. The towns of Meissen, Nossen, Döbeln, and even Dresden are easily accessible by car. The nearest shopping facilities are in Lommatzsch, 5 km away. Our guests should be self-sufficient, as we can only offer limited electricity, water, and sanitation. The sanitary facilities (shower and toilet) are located in the old farmhouse and are very basic. A note for dog owners: Since we have three very friendly cats on the property, dogs should please be kept on a leash at all times. Please also pick up and dispose of any dog waste after walks. In conclusion - if you're looking for peace and quiet or just want to switch off, this is the place for you 😉

As the providers of this site, we love the peace and quiet here and ask our guests to keep the noise level "normal", as well as to maintain order and cleanliness. The courtyard gate will be closed (not locked!) at 9 pm; from then on, no vehicles should drive into the courtyard.
Location
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date and receive a full refund. If you cancel later, you only pay for the nights you have already stayed.
Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable. Additional overnight costs (electricity, fresh water, toilet, and shower), however, are subject to the regular cancellation policy. Additional services and additional overnight costs cannot be canceled individually.
Regardless of the selected cancellation policy and the type of booking, the VanSite service fee will be retained in full for every cancellation.
