About the site
The parking space is located on the property behind the former Deutsche Eiche inn in Scheden. (Attention: If the meadow is very wet, please do not drive on it but stay on a paved surface. Thank you.) The building is currently undergoing renovation, so the grounds may be a bit "messy" at times... Campers can use the toilets of the former inn - the code for the key will be provided upon booking. Across the street is Aunt Emmi's shop, offering fresh bread rolls, cakes, homegrown vegetables, and organic products, among other things. Netto supermarket is 800 meters away for larger shopping trips. There are also two vending machines selling regional farm products in the village (one is right around the corner). Unfortunately, there is no longer a pub or restaurant in the village - the nearest places to eat are in Dransfeld or Hann. Münden. Should you require electricity, please let us know - we can certainly arrange it... The following destinations, for example, can be found in the immediate vicinity: - Kassel, for example, Hercules, Löwenburg and Bergpark - Hann. Münden, half-timbered town with Weserstein and Tillyschanze - Göttingen with, for example, the saltworks, museums,... - Ludwigstein Castle in Witzenhausen - Sababurg with zoo and primeval forest - Dransfeld with outdoor swimming pool and Gauss Tower - ...

Since the pitch is located within the village: please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m.! No overnight parties! Garbage must be taken away and the pitch must be kept clean. Toilets and sinks must be kept clean. If there is a toilet in the camper, it must NOT be emptied into the existing toilet.

Einfacher und unkomplizierter Stellplatz zwischen Holzstapel und Holzschnitzelanlage. Saubere Toilette und kleine Spülküche.
Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Ja auf dem Platz steht durch den Umbau gerade etwas mehr rum. Es sind jedoch einfach nur Baustoffe wie, Holzschnitzel, Splitthaufen oder Anhänger. Das nimmt dem Stellplatz hinten, unserer Meinung nach, keinesfalls den Charme. Stehen kann man auf einer schönen Rasenfläche unter Kiefern, umzäunt von gelagertem Brennholz (super, da dies etwas Privatsphäre gibt) nach hinten hin gibt es eine offene, wilde Wiese (auch das ist super, da man nicht direkt bei den Nachbarn ins Fenster schaut). Der Platz ist nah an der Autobahn, also perfekt für die Durchreise und doch sind die Nächte unglaublich ruhig, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Simona und ihr Mann sind total lieb und zuvorkommend. Falls gewünscht, darf man die Toilette und Spülküche des ehemaligen Gasthauses benutzen. Auch hier können wir nur sagen, super praktisch und sauber! Besonders unsere Katze fand das Grundstück toll, da es so viel zu erkunden gab :) Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.
Sehr schön und gemütlich war‘s hier. Ich war nur kurz auf der Durchreise und diese gestaltete sich gut und unkompliziert - perfekt 🤩
Schöner geschützter Platz in einem netten Örtchen. Gute Kommunikation mit Simona! Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber und mit der Schlüsselbox total praktisch. Super für die Durchreise! Der kleine Laden gegenüber hat frische Brötchen und die regionalen Bauern Automaten sind wirklich sehr reichlich und schmackhaft bestückt! War super für uns!
Stellplatz mitten im Ort hinter einem ehemaligen Gasthaus. Konnten ohne Probleme auch etwas später anreisen, Toilette vom Gasthaus dient als "Camper Toilette". Kein schöne "Bilderbuch" Umgebung, aber völlig ausreichend und absolut zweckmäßig. Wenn es sich ergibt würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen

Additional services (e.g., bread delivery, bike rental) are not affected by the cancellation policy and are fully refundable.
